June cruise ship arrivals confirmed by APORDOM expect 32 arrivals at Dominican ports, led by Amber Cove in Puerto Plata with 17 vessels, followed by Taíno Bay, also in Puerto Plata, with 13, and Port Cabo Rojo in Pedernales with two.
The agency projects a 23.1% increase in cruise arrivals compared to June of last year, when 26 ships docked in the country, reflecting the sector’s sustained momentum. APORDOM noted that schedules remain subject to changes due to weather conditions, as the Hurricane season begins in June, and cruise line adjustments.
