EMPLOYERS
Hello. We want to help you find the best employees who will fulfill all your requirements and help your business to be successful. This service is FREE. There are no costs involved when registering or advertising for new staff. You can advertise as many jobs and as many times as you need to.
Finding a new staff member is not always as easy as it sounds. You not only want someone who can do the job but will also fit in with your existing team. We can help!
To find a new employee, click here, and complete the short registration form.
Once you have registered you will see a button inviting you to Add a New Job.
Complete the form that appears adding as much or as little as you decide. Some fields are obligatory. You will be advised if you have omitted one.
If you have opted for publication in the “state” question just click “Save Post” and your job will appear on the site.
There is a built-in job application form that candidates can complete to apply. Applications can be administered in your dashboard.
If you wish to provide potential candidates with additional information about your business you can complete the optional Profile Section.
JOB SEEKERS
To view all advertised jobs you can go to the All Jobs navigation link. You can view the job details by clicking the advert and you can apply for any of the jobs displayed by clicking the Application Button. You do not need to register to apply for jobs but we recommend you do so because:
- Employers can search for candidates who are registered on the site and can contact suitable applicants without needing to advertise.
- Registered job seekers can request notification of new jobs advertised meeting their skills.
- You can complete an online Resume/C.V. which you can then submit with an application without needing to fill in any details other than a brief cover note.
- Registration and applying for jobs is free.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
You may notice that we do not ask for a cedula/identity number/residency. This is not a mistake!
Identity theft is an increasingly prevalent problem and we believe that including Name, Address, and other personal details as well as an identity number is potentially open to abuse. There are simple programs that can be used to “scrape” websites for this information. For this reason, we do not ask for this data. We recommend when submitting an application if you wish to provide your ID you include this on that form where you can add additional information.
Please consider recommending to your friends and family who may also be looking for work that they also register as this may help them to find a job. If you are employed and your employer is looking for additional staff you could also recommend they advertise here.
