The Province of Puerto Plata continues to strengthen its position in the cruise tourism sector, with a schedule of 38 ships scheduled to arrive during October 2026 at the Amber Cove and Taíno Bay terminals.

According to the Ministry of Tourism’s schedule, Amber Cove will receive 18 cruise liners, while Taíno Bay will welcome 20 arrivals, maintaining a significant flow of visitors to the province.

The arrival of these cruise ships continues to boost tourism and commercial activity in the Province, and particularly the City of Puerto Plata, benefiting tour guides, transport providers, artisans, vendors, and other businesses within the tourism industry.
